Do you accept insurance?
We don't bill insurance directly. This keeps things simple and private - nothing goes on your medical record unless you share it. However, you can use HSA/FSA funds, and you'll get an itemized receipt if you want to submit for reimbursement.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price listed is the total price. There are no additional charges for the blood draw, shipping, lab processing, or results delivery.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel for a full refund before your blood draw appointment. Once the phlebotomist draws your blood, the order is non-refundable as the lab processing begins.
Can I get multiple panels?
Yes. If you order multiple panels, they can be drawn at the same appointment. Some marker overlap may occur between panels - we won't double-charge you for the same test.
