5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order:

• You agree to pay the full price displayed at checkout
• Payment is processed at the time of order

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your order for a full refund before your blood draw appointment
• Once blood has been drawn, orders are non-refundable as lab processing begins immediately
• If we are unable to provide service in your area, you will receive a full refund

7. Appointments

• You are responsible for being present at the scheduled appointment time
• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty
• Repeated no-shows may result in a rebooking fee or service suspension
