Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older
- We currently serve 40+ states (enter your zip at checkout to confirm)
- A valid ID is required for verification at the time of draw
- Some panels have specific prep requirements (fasting, morning draw)
Preparation
Prep requirements vary by panel. The most common requirements:
Fasting panels
Fast for 10-12 hours. Water is OK.
Morning draw
Hormones are best tested before 10am.
Each panel page lists specific requirements. We'll also remind you before your appointment.
Rescheduling policy
Need to reschedule?
No problem. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time with no fees. Use the link in your confirmation email or text.
Missed appointments
If you miss your appointment without rescheduling, we'll reach out to book a new time. After two no-shows, we may need to charge a rebooking fee.
